Not long ago, I bought digital templates from a well-known creator. I got the receipt—but no login details. I followed up twice… nothing.

Eventually, I found her on Instagram and realized—she hadn’t posted in four years.

That moment planted doubt. Not because I didn’t trust her work, but because there were no signs she was still actively in business.

I did get access eventually. But the gap between purchase and presence made me question her reliability.

That’s when it hit me:

I had done the same thing.

I was doing excellent work for clients—but publicly? Crickets.

No blogs.

No emails.

No Instagram updates.

If someone found me then, they might’ve thought, “Is she still in business?”

That realization changed everything.

How to Stay Visible After You Launch

Here’s the visibility framework I now use and teach to every client who sets up a backend funnel, ScoreApp, or course with me:

1. Set Visibility Commitments Before You Launch

Don’t wait until you’re exhausted to decide how you’ll show up. Choose a rhythm:

  • Weekly IG story or live
  • A short blog every 10–14 days
  • A Friday value-packed email Then block time for it.

2. Automate the First 30 Days of Visibility

While building your funnel, also batch your visibility:

  • Record a welcome video
  • Create a 3-email “what’s next” nurture sequence
  • Schedule light, value-forward content across your channels

This keeps your presence alive—even when you’re busy serving.

3. Create Content That Bridges the Gap

Let people know what you’ve been building and how it serves them now:

  • “Here’s what’s new behind the scenes…”
  • “This system is designed to help you _______.”
  • “If you’ve been struggling with _______, this tool is for you.”

You’re not pushing. You’re showing up as a guide and steward of your solution.

Why Visibility Is a Non-Negotiable (Even in DFY Business Models)

Even if you deliver high-quality work behind the scenes, clients need more than results—they need reassurance.

A business that’s active is a business that’s trustworthy.

And no automation can replace the power of a simple update, an authentic post, or a consistent email cadence.

Presence is part of fulfillment.

It tells your clients: “I’m still here. And I’ve got you.”

Don’t Let Your Audience Wonder If You’ve Disappeared
