Unlocking the Power of 6 Types of Offers (Plus a Bonus) to Attract Your Ideal Clients
On this page
“How do I create different types of offers so that more people want to work with me?”
This is a question I hear a lot. And it makes sense—your offers are what draw people in and convert them into clients, but creating the right mix of offers is the real magic.
Crafting irresistible offers is the key to connecting with your ideal clients. Let’s dive into six different offer types (plus a bonus) that will help you stand out and create lasting impact, just like the industry’s top coaches.
Why You Need a Range of Offers
Every successful coach has a mix of offers that cater to clients at various levels. By offering value at different price points and engagement types, you not only scale your business but also ensure you’re meeting clients where they are.
But here’s the secret: when you’re just starting out, you really only need a freebie and one other offer to get going. Keeping it simple creates focus, and focus leads to faster results.
1. Freebies
The Gateway to Value and Trust
Start with a simple but powerful entry point—your freebie. This could be a free checklist, guide, or video series that gives potential clients a taste of your expertise.
Goal: To help potential clients get to know, like, and trust you, while delivering value in exchange for their attention.
Strength Needed: Creativity and generosity. You need to come up with a compelling free offer that genuinely helps your audience without expecting anything in return. It takes creativity to design something that feels valuable while still being quick and easy to consume.
Freebies are an entry point—think of them as the front door to your business. They give potential clients a taste of what you offer. Whether it’s a checklist, guide, or video series, freebies provide a quick win that shows your expertise.
For example, Jim Kwik offers free content that delivers immediate value, building trust and creating a foundation for future offers. I am a huge fan of Jim Kwik and have been part of his community for years, a fellow Marvel enthusiast. So, your freebie should solve a quick problem or offer insights that leave people wanting more.
What can you give away that leaves your audience excited and ready for the next step?

2. Flagship Offers
Your Signature Experience
A flagship offer is a signature program that transforms your clients in a major way. Flagship used in business, means ” the best or most important thing owned or produced by an organization”
Goal: To deliver a comprehensive, transformative experience that cements your role as an expert.
Strength Needed: Expertise and depth. Your flagship offer requires a deep knowledge of your subject matter and the ability to design a transformational journey for your clients. It’s about delivering huge value over a long-term engagement.
Your flagship offer is where your clients get the full benefit of your expertise. Think of it as your business’s shining star—your most valuable and transformational offer.
Think of Ruth Soukup,—a program that transforms amateur bloggers into professionals. It’s been her core offer for years, delivering huge results to clients (2020 when I was enrolled since has evolved beyond blogging).
This is your chance to deliver big—whether it’s a full program, a VIP day, or a coaching package, this is where your magic happens.
Your flagship offer should be your most comprehensive and valuable service. It’s the backbone of your business, providing clients with long-term value and results.
What is something you have achieved, excited about, and can lead to a transformation for your ideal client?
3. Speaking
Your Product on Stage
Public speaking is a powerful way to position yourself as an authority in your field. Tony Robbins, for instance, uses speaking engagements to drive massive interest in his other products and coaching programs.
Goal: To position yourself as an authority and funnel new clients into your world.
Strength Needed: Confidence and communication skills. Speaking requires you to communicate your ideas clearly and compellingly. Whether it’s a podcast, webinar, or live event, you need to captivate your audience and make them believe in what you’re offering.
Public speaking is more than just sharing your expertise—it’s about creating an experience that hooks people into wanting more from you. Whether on podcasts, webinars, or a conference stage, speaking is a valuable product in itself.
Tony Robbins, for instance, uses his electrifying live events to drive massive interest in his other products and programs.
What platforms can you use to turn speaking into your next big product?
Speaking Engagements can be done by being a guest on a podcast or radio, Youtube, speaking at colleges or conferences (virtual or in person), or you can host your own summit (there’s a summit checklist included in the vault). Really opportunities are endless, these can be paid or non-paid opportunities but all can lead to mutual value
4. Done-With-You Programs
The Best of Both Worlds
Goal: To provide clients with personalized guidance while teaching them valuable skills.
Strength Needed: Collaboration and teaching ability. A DWY program means you’re working closely with clients, so you need to be a good listener, and problem solver, ask thought-enhancing questions, and guide. It’s about helping your clients succeed while empowering them with the skills they need.
DWY programs are the perfect mix of hands-on help and learning. Coaches, like me, offer done-with-you programs or done-for-you (more of an agency business model) where they guide clients step-by-step through processes like building digital courses or their flagship programs.
In a DWY model, you work alongside your clients, offering them tailored support while also teaching them valuable skills. It’s collaborative, personalized, and extremely effective for high-touch results.
5. Mastermind
Elevating the Collective Experience
Goal: To create a high-level environment where clients grow through collaboration and shared wisdom.
Masterminds create a community of high-level thinkers focused on growth and problem-solving.
Strength Needed: Leadership and community-building. Running a mastermind requires you to lead, facilitate conversations, and bring out the best in your group. You need to foster an environment where people trust each other and contribute to everyone’s success.
Myron Golden has famously created masterminds that bring people together to learn from each other, with his guidance keeping everyone on track. I believe this one is $150,000 a year (as of 2023) Masterminds are unique because clients don’t just get you—they get access to a powerful network of peers who are all driving toward the same goal.
Your role is to guide the conversation, provide insights, and watch your clients thrive together.
What community can you build that leverages your successes AND elevates everyone involved?
6. Digital Course (DIY)
Scalable and Evergreen
If you want to scale your business without being tied to one-on-one coaching, a DIY digital course is the way to go.
Goal: To scale your business with a self-paced option that delivers results.
Strength Needed: Organization and tech-savviness. Building a digital course requires you to create structured, easy-to-follow content that leads your clients through a transformation. All things considered, you also need to be comfortable using the tools and platforms to deliver your course effectively.
Look at Coach Cortney Rose, a current client of mine, who has built a series of digital courses that help tax professionals and entrepreneurs build their businesses at their own pace. These self-paced courses allow clients to learn on their own time while still getting the transformation you promise. It’s a win-win, giving your clients flexibility and you, a scalable revenue stream.
Bonus: Challenges
5-Day Challenge: Kickstart Their Journey
Goal: To offer a fast-paced, high-energy experience that drives engagement and action, while giving potential clients a taste of your methods.
A 5-Day Challenge is an interactive, time-bound offer that helps participants take rapid action toward solving a specific problem.
Strength Needed: Energy and engagement. Running a 5-day challenge requires you to keep participants motivated and excited. You need to provide quick wins and inspire them to take action every day, building momentum toward your bigger offers.
Challenges are great for building community, boosting engagement, and providing tangible wins in a short amount of time. It’s a perfect lead-in to your flagship offers, as participants experience first-hand the value you provide.
Coaches like Russell Brunson of ClickFunnels have mastered the art of 5-day challenges, using them to build excitement and convert leads into long-term clients (there’s a cost of investment or this can be free).
There’s No Way Around It: Freebie + Offer = Clients Who Want to Work With You!
Each of these offers plays a critical role in building a successful coaching business. The key is to know how to leverage each type of offer, from freebies that attract to flagship programs that transform. You will be able to incorporate all of the strengths in your business, this takes time, experience, and intential cultivating.
The Serenity Package helps you create these offers and much more, ensuring that your unique persona shines through and attracts the clients you’re meant to serve.

Let’s be real—membership sites are everywhere these days, and it’s tempting to think they’re just “set it and forget it” money machines. They’re not. The truth is, creating a successful membership site takes thought, clarity, and a process that people can actually follow. Ever tried explaining something you know inside out, only to realize people
If there’s one thing I know from years of working with clients, it’s that the wrong ones can drain your energy and time, sidetracking you from the success you’ve worked so hard to build. High-risk clients are like ticking time bombs—they seem harmless at first but have the potential to disrupt your workflow and morale
If you’re transitioning into entrepreneurship — perhaps building a second or third business — it can be easy to fall back into the habit of following industry standards, especially with pricing. Many of us, even experienced professionals, slip into the role of “rule follower,” asking others how to price our expertise because we’re used to
